This website http://www.loaddepot.com is a service offered by haulingdepot.com offered to Carriers. Haulingdepot.com LLC does not control the content, quality or accuracy of information available through loaddepot.com. The information found thru our website is provided solely by the subscribers listed in it. The basis of this site is to offer communication tools between transport brokers and carriers. All companies and subscribers who use it our encouraged and use it under their own independent evaluations, and research verifying proof of insurance and proper operating authority and licenses provided by users of this website and subscribers. By using this website ALL subscribers and any users (transport brokers) agree to comply with our terms of service and use and to be legally bound.

2.Carriers who subscribe to loaddepot.com agree to the following:

a. Maintain and provide upon sign up and throughout maintain proper insurance coverage and authority and licensing as required by states and federal government agency that governs transportation industry. Act courteously and professionally in person with all customers
b. Maintain that the date of departure and arrival are accurate and provide ALL customers with completed and signed bill of lading/vehicle condition form upon delivery and deal with any damage that may occur to vehicles professionally and thru the proper channels.
c. Arrange all payments with brokers in advance and in keeping all agreed upon payment conditions and terms with said hiring broker.
d. Understand it is carrier’s responsibility to research hiring broker for proper operating authority such as bonding info and any proper licensing, as well as reputation and reliability if extending credit.

3. Brokers & Dealers who USE this Web site (loaddepot.com)

a. Maintain proper operating authority and bond at all times.
b. Honor all payment agreements and arrangements with said hired carriers
c. as stated above, as user of this web site we are not responsible for “accuracy of content and cannot be. It is brokers said responsibility to do own research regarding the “hiring” of a carrier including authority and insurances.

4. Termination or Suspension of your account (carriers)

Haulingdepot.com LLC reserves the right to terminate any subscription for not binding to terms of listed above or for any reason we see necessary. No limitation of liability or warranties shall limit termination of subscription at any time.

5. Charges/ rates/subscription fees

We reserve the right to change our price with written notice. Excluding free trails, subscriber agrees to pay monthly subscription rate. (30 Days). Late payments or delinquent Subscription payments will be terminated without any notice.

6. Trial Offer

We offer a free trail offer util June 1st.. I understand there is absolutely no charge to use this service within that time. I can cancel my service at anytime.
